Pedestrian Critically Injured Near Jif Checkpoint, Rushed to Hospital

An individual, described as a man in his 30s, sustained critical injuries after reportedly being struck by a vehicle near the Jif checkpoint. The incident occurred on Tuesday at approximately 12:33 PM.

Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics and medics, responded to the scene. They provided initial medical treatment to the injured man, who suffered head and limb trauma.

The man was subsequently transported to Shaare Zedek Medical Center for further treatment. His condition was described as serious upon arrival at the hospital.
