Likud MK Rothman Urges Otzma Yehudit to Withdraw Election Disqualification Request

Member of Knesset (MK) Simcha Rothman of the Likud party has called on the Otzma Yehudit party to withdraw its request to disqualify the Democratic party from running in the Knesset elections. Rothman stated that his party would not participate in any vote on such a disqualification, calling the proceedings "pointless discussions."

MK Tally Gottlieb of Likud responded to Rothman's remarks with a pointed comment, suggesting he was not thinking clearly. Gottlieb stated, "Simcha, it always seems to me that something is not quite settled with you. We don't need your applause and points."
