MMD Smart, founded in 2008, specializes in Application-to-Person (A2P) communication, enabling businesses to interact with customers efficiently across various digital channels including SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, voice calls, and email. The company utilizes cloud-based software systems, incorporating AI technology, to manage customer communications. Its operations span the entire business communication value chain, offering global communication infrastructure, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), marketing campaign management, and CCaaS (Contact Centers as a Service) solutions.
The company, which generates approximately 500 million shekels ($137 million) in annual revenue from global clients, operates in Israel, Bulgaria, Singapore, and other countries. MMD Smart serves a diverse clientele, including telecommunication providers, technology firms, digital marketing agencies, and customer service centers.
