NewMed Energy Partners with GeoIntelX to Enhance Gas Exploration Using AI

NewMed Energy, a natural gas giant owned by billionaire Yitzhak Tshuva, has announced a strategic partnership with GeoIntelX. This collaboration aims to significantly improve NewMed Energy's natural gas exploration and production capabilities by leveraging GeoIntelX's GIX platform, a geospatial information and analysis tool.

GeoIntelX has implemented an artificial intelligence-based platform to process and enrich NewMed Energy's extensive data repositories across two of its projects. The integrated data covers a wide spectrum of technical and professional domains, including subsurface information, production facilities, and environmental and regulatory materials. Since the initial phase of the project, NewMed Energy has reported enhanced efficiency and deeper insights derived from its data.

He added that the platform's ability to consolidate and make information accessible allows their teams to ask complex geological questions and receive high-quality answers within minutes, a process that previously took days or weeks. This acceleration in analysis and decision-making reduces the risk of overlooking valuable historical data.
