Chen Amsalem Jokingly Threatens Maor Zaguri Over Sofa Choice

Israeli actress Chen Amsalem shared a humorous exchange with her director husband, Maor Zaguri, on Instagram regarding the purchase of a new sofa. Amsalem posted a screenshot of a text message where she firmly told Zaguri, "I'll choose alone, if I hear one word you'll sleep on the mustard sofa in your workroom." She then declared, "I've chosen."

Contrary to what might have been expected, Zaguri responded with a conciliatory message, "I trust you. May it be soft and pleasant, may it be fun to fall asleep on." Amsalem, amused by the reactions of those around her at the showroom, shared that someone told her, "Someone here told me 'you won.'" She humorously questioned, "How is it that in the end, I won?!"

This lighthearted anecdote comes after Amsalem recently admitted that negative online comments deeply affect her, particularly concerning their young daughter, whom she fears will read hurtful remarks about herself. Amsalem stated she is not indifferent to public opinion and finds it painful that anyone can express their views about her children, especially now that her daughter is beginning to read.
