Maccabi Petah Tikva announced on Sunday that it has signed 21-year-old midfielder Li-ym Dan. The club said the player, from Netanya, arrives after spending most of the season on loan at Hapoel Ra'anana in the National League, after being loaned there in January.
Dan, who plays as a defensive midfielder, joins a growing list of new signings at the club. He is the fifth player to sign for Maccabi Petah Tikva, following Ader Ratner, Pavlos Correa, David Hebron and Kyle Spence.
At the same time, the club confirmed that Marco Wolf and Noam Bziya will not remain with the team next season in the Israeli Premier League. Dan said he was “happy and excited” to sign, thanked the club for its trust, and said he is looking forward to meeting his teammates and coaching staff.
“I am coming to give everything I have and work hard for the team,” he said.
