Elderly Cyclist Injured in Ashkelon Collision

An approximately 60-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric bicycle in Ashkelon on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at approximately 2:04 PM on Ma'ale HaGat Street.

Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics and medics, responded to the scene. They provided initial medical treatment to the woman, who suffered injuries to her limbs.

The injured cyclist was subsequently transported to Barzilai Hospital for further medical care. Her condition was described as moderate.
