Man Injured Falling From Height While Building Sukkah in Beit Shemesh

A 27-year-old man sustained moderate injuries on Tuesday after falling from a height while constructing a sukkah in Beit Shemesh. Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) and "Tzevet Hatzala" volunteers, responded to the scene on Ben Ish Hai Street following a report of the fall.

Upon arrival, responders located the young man on a balcony, suffering from limb injuries. "Together with MDA paramedics and medics, we provided him with initial medical assistance, including stabilization and bandaging," recounted "Tzevet Hatzala" volunteers Yosef Chaim Houzi and Tamir Yaakov. He was then transported by MDA ambulance in moderate condition to the trauma unit at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem for further treatment.
