Israeli karateka Daniel Matveev secured a victory at the IBK World Cup in Kyokushin Karate held in Budapest. Matveev triumphed in the kumite competition within the under 65 kg weight category.
Matveev's previous accolades include being a two-time bronze medalist at the 2013 European Youth Championships and a two-time world champion in kata. The tournament concluded in the Hungarian capital.
