Two Terrorists Arrested After Admitting to Arson Near Burqa
Two individuals identified as terrorists were apprehended on Friday near the Palestinian village of Burqa in the Samaria region of the West Bank, after admitting to setting a fire in the area. The incident, which occurred without any casualties, prompted the deployment of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) troops who initiated a search for suspects.
IDF soldiers and Shin Bet agents quickly located and arrested the two individuals. According to an IDF spokesperson, the suspects confessed to carrying out the arson themselves. Following their arrest, they were transferred for further investigation by security forces.
The IDF stated that security forces will continue to operate throughout the Judea and Samaria Division to thwart terrorism and maintain the security of Israeli civilians.
