In the opening singles match on Friday, Amit Weintraub lost to Blaz Rola with a score of 6-3, 6-4. Following this, Or Ram-Harel was defeated by Filip Južina with a score of 7-6(2), 6-1.
On Saturday, the Israeli doubles pair of Daniel Tsukerman and Ofek Shimon put up a strong fight against the Slovenian duo of Blaž Kavčič and Tomislav Brkić, but ultimately lost 6-3, 6-7, 6-4. The final match, played for protocol, saw Ben Patael lose to Tomislav Brkić 6-3, 6-3.
Despite the loss, the Israeli team will compete in the next stage in the Davis Cup World Group II playoffs in February 2027.
