New Padel Club Shatters Records With Over $200,000 Revenue in First Month

A new indoor padel club, House Padel, located at BIG FASHION Glilot, has achieved remarkable financial success in its first month of operation. Owned by brothers Ben and Omri Zini along with Gilad Adin, the facility reported revenues exceeding 700,000 shekels (approximately $190,000 USD) and an occupancy rate of around 97%.

Industry estimates suggest these figures represent the highest revenue generated by any padel complex in Israel during a similar period. The club, which opened in mid-August following an investment of approximately 3 million shekels (around $810,000 USD), is part of the rapidly expanding padel sector in the country.

House Padel operates daily from 6:00 AM to midnight. A key differentiator from many other Israeli padel facilities is its fully enclosed and air-conditioned environment. The club features six indoor courts, allowing play regardless of weather conditions, unlike many complexes with fewer indoor courts or a larger proportion of outdoor courts.

The Zini brothers and Adin chose the Glilot location due to its accessibility and the synergy with the surrounding shopping and entertainment complex. The club's strong performance coincides with the broader growth of padel in Israel, which has seen numerous new facilities open and attracted other celebrities, such as footballer Eran Zahavi, to invest in the sport.
