Israeli Arab Clubs Dominate Sixth Round of Premier League

Three Israeli Arab football clubs, Hapoel Ramat Gan, Kafr Qasim, and Hapoel Nazareth Illit, secured significant victories in the sixth round of the Premier League. Hapoel Ramat Gan achieved a valuable away win against Maccabi Yafo, defeating them 2-0 at the "Nes Ziona" stadium. The decisive goals came in the second half within two minutes, scored by Diomande Junior and Yuval Sasson.

Kafr Qasim mounted a strong comeback against Hapoel Kfar Saba, winning 4-2 at the "Bat Yam" stadium. After falling behind, Kafr Qasim rallied with two quick goals in the second half. Lidor Cohen equalized from a penalty, followed by a go-ahead goal from Zafir Issa in the 86th minute, and Julio Cesar sealed the victory with a fourth goal.

Hapoel Nazareth Illit secured a hard-fought 1-0 home win against Hapoel Acre at the "Ilut" stadium, with the sole goal scored by Mohammed Abu Ras. The match was intense, resulting in three red cards, including two for Nazareth Illit players, Mohammed Abu Ras and Anas Dabbour, and one for Acre's Yaqoba Tomjanovic. Despite playing with nine men, Nazareth Illit's defense held firm.

Other results from the round included Ashdod defeating Hapoel Rishon LeZion 3-2, Bnei Yehuda drawing 1-1 with Maccabi Herzliya, Maccabi Kiryat Gat beating Hapoel Ra'anana 1-0, Hapoel Afula drawing 3-3 with Hapoel Kfar Shalem, and Kiryat Yam winning 3-2 against Ironi Modi'in.
