Bitkor Capital Partners with CRYMBO Technologies for Digital Asset Platform
Bitkor Capital, a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has signed a cooperation agreement with CRYMBO Technologies LTD. The partnership will establish and implement a core financial system for digital assets using a White Label model, operating under the Bitkor brand. The new platform aims to connect Bitkor's operations with various infrastructure providers for trading, custody, liquidity, and regulatory compliance.
Bitkor Capital's leadership includes former Israeli President Reuven (Ruby) Rivlin as company president and former Police Commissioner Yochanan Danino as chairman of the board. The initial phase of the system will offer clients services for buying, selling, and converting between fiat currencies and digital assets, as well as exchanges between different digital assets.
The companies have set an operational target to launch these services within 90 days of the conditions for implementation beginning. The services will include branded mobile applications, account management tools, and identification and reporting processes compliant with regulatory frameworks. This approach leverages existing technological infrastructure rather than developing core systems independently, intended to shorten setup times and accelerate the company's transition to an operational phase.
Yochanan Danino, Chairman of the Board at Bitkor Capital, stated that the agreement marks a significant transition for the company from building infrastructure to actively providing financial services. He emphasized the goal of initial operation within 90 days and highlighted the strategy to build a financial infrastructure connecting the traditional financial system with digital assets, focusing on compliance, corporate governance, and integration with authorized service providers. Danino added that using existing, modular infrastructure significantly shortens setup time, allowing the company to focus on creating a reliable, accessible, and scalable system for clients.
