Hapoel Tel Aviv Aims to Recover After Derby Loss Ahead of League Match

Hapoel Tel Aviv coach Eliniv Barda acknowledged the team has had a difficult week following their derby defeat to Maccabi Tel Aviv. Speaking ahead of their upcoming match against Hapoel Petah Tikva on Friday at 3:45 PM, Barda emphasized the importance of hard work to move forward and expressed confidence in the team's ability to learn from their mistakes.

"The best way to move forward is to work even harder," Barda stated. "We want to go into the international break feeling good and bring back smiles to our fans. Our previous game wasn't good, but we believe in ourselves and our ability to learn lessons and return to our core principles."

Goalkeeper Assaf Tzur echoed the sentiment, expressing high motivation to put the past behind them. "We want to bring the positive things that make us a strong team onto the field," Tzur said. "We still have a lot to achieve this season, and together with our fans, whose tremendous support is especially noticeable this week, I hope and believe we will go into the international break with three points."
