McDonald’s Eilat Kitchen Altercation Caught on Video
Video circulated on Saturday from a McDonald’s branch in Eilat showing a confrontation between employees inside the restaurant kitchen. Several workers were involved, and one appears to pull out a kitchen utensil and point it toward another employee during the dispute.
The footage shows the argument unfolding while the staff were in the kitchen, with customers waiting on the other side of the counter watching the shouting match. The incident was published on June 20, 2026 at 22:53.
McDonald’s Israel said the episode was brief and ended quickly. “This was an unusual, isolated incident that took place in the restaurant kitchen,” the company said. “It ended within seconds and without injuries.”
According to the company, a senior manager came to the branch and dealt with customers on site. McDonald’s added that it takes any sign of violence seriously and that the employees involved are being handled through disciplinary measures.
