McDonald’s Eilat kitchen confrontation caught on camera

Video released Saturday shows a rare confrontation among workers inside the kitchen of a McDonald’s branch in Eilat. Several employees were involved, and one was seen pulling out a kitchen utensil and pointing it at another worker during the dispute.

The footage appears to show the argument taking place while staff were in the kitchen, with employees shouting at each other in view of customers waiting on the other side of the counter. The incident happened in the restaurant itself and was widely circulated as a clip from the branch.

McDonald’s Israel said the episode was brief and had no injuries. “This was an unusual, isolated incident that took place in the restaurant kitchen,” the company said. “It ended within seconds and without injuries. A senior manager arrived at the branch and provided a response to customers.”

The company added that it treats any violence seriously and that the employees involved are being disciplined. The branch did not report any harm, and the confrontation was over almost immediately.
