Rocket Alerts Sounded in Northern Israel Near Lebanon Border
The Home Front Command activated air raid sirens in the northern confrontation line area and in the community of Menara on Monday, following rocket and missile fire. Residents were instructed to enter protected spaces. The warning time for Menara was 15 seconds.
The incident occurred amid ongoing tensions along Israel's northern border with Lebanon, which have seen frequent exchanges of fire between Israeli forces and Hezbollah militants since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza on October 7.
