Ofer Winter and Josef Haddad Criticize Gadi Eisenkot Over Ra'am Coalition Talks

Ofer Winter and Josef Haddad, leaders of the "Am Yisrael" party, have strongly criticized Gadi Eisenkot, chairman of the "Yashar!" party. The criticism stems from a Channel 12 report alleging Eisenkot promised representatives of the Ra'am party that they would be included in the next Israeli government.

Haddad shared a statement from the head of the Tuba-Zangaria local council regarding his meeting with Eisenkot, questioning the possibility of an anti-Zionist party, unwilling to label Hamas a terrorist organization, joining the government after the October 7th attacks. Winter echoed these sentiments, stating, "The truth is coming to light, and I'm telling you this straight. A note to Gadi Eisenkot means the Muslim Brotherhood in the government."

Haddad framed the upcoming election as a choice between forming a government with Mansour Abbas and perpetuating Israel's current security doctrine, or electing Ofer Winter as the next defense minister. Winter, he asserted, would dismantle this doctrine and lead Israel from containment to decisive action within a right-wing, Zionist, and patriotic government.
