Reality Star Adi Buzaglo Shares Struggles With Mental Health
Reality television personality Adi Buzaglo, wife of Assi Buzaglo, shared her difficult feelings with her social media followers on Wednesday morning. Buzaglo described waking up with no mood or energy for her daily routine, not even wanting to comb her hair. She decided to force herself to leave the house and go to a fitness workout to avoid sinking into despair.
"I woke up in the morning without air and forced myself to get up and go out," Buzaglo shared in a video she posted. "I told myself I would do things for myself. I didn't want to go to the workout, I said first I would get dressed and then the desire would come. This feeling that I didn't let myself sink is, for me, another symbol of victory."
She later documented herself at the end of the workout, stating that while she wasn't at 100%, the important thing was to move her body. This was alongside a small domestic drama where her young daughter, Rain, insisted on going to kindergarten in her pajamas.
Buzaglo's candid disclosure comes after she recently faced harsh criticism for her behavior on the show "Power Couple." Amidst the criticism, she clarified that she is also overwhelmed by a wave of encouragement and support messages from followers. "I received a flood of support yesterday," she said. "I am overwhelmed with messages and can't get to them all, but it's important for me that you know I read, feel, and appreciate every single one. Thank you to everyone who encourages me and reminds me that I am not alone."
