Man Critically Injured in Stabbing Attack in Umm al-Fahm
A 25-year-old man sustained serious, penetrating injuries in a stabbing incident early Wednesday morning in the city of Umm al-Fahm. Emergency medical services received a report at 2:21 AM about the victim being taken to a local clinic in Umm al-Fahm. Paramedics provided initial treatment before transporting him to HaEmek Hospital in Afula.
Fadi Tantouri, a paramedic with Magen David Adom, stated that the victim was conscious upon their arrival but suffered penetrating wounds throughout his body. He was transferred to the hospital in critical condition.
The police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the stabbing.
