Bereaved Father Slams Anti-Israel Film Creators as 'Scum'

Bereaved father Dadi Shimchi harshly condemned the creators of the anti-Israel film "NZA" in an interview with i24NEWS, calling for them to be "vomited out of society." Shimchi, a retired Brigadier General, stated that a strong response is necessary against the filmmakers, whom he described as "scum" and "insolent." He asserted that Israel has paid with the lives of soldiers due to its caution, and now these individuals are fabricating narratives. Shimchi challenged the filmmakers to enter Gaza and see what would happen to them.

He also referenced statements by former generals suggesting that "a sane country does not kill babies as a hobby," implying that Israel should not complain if such criticisms are made. Shimchi noted reports that one of the filmmakers fears returning to Israel, stating he "really should be afraid."

Shimchi recalled the October 7th attacks, where he said 1,200 people were murdered and dismembered over eight hours, contrasting it with the film's narrative. He emphasized that if someone slanders Israel from within, "we need to vomit them out of our society." He suggested such individuals could "convert to Islam and go live in Khan Younis and help them from within."

Shimchi concluded by stating that if Israel had acted as the filmmakers suggested, there would have been "hundreds more bereaved fathers like me" over the past three years.
