Young Girl Hospitalized After Falling From Table in Bnei Brak

A four-year-old girl sustained moderate injuries after falling from a table she had climbed on Tuesday in the city of Bnei Brak. The incident occurred on Rabbi Shach Street, where the child hit her head. Emergency medical responders from United Hatzalah were dispatched to the scene and provided initial treatment.

According to a spokesperson for United Hatzalah's central district, family members present at the time explained that the girl had climbed onto the table and subsequently fell, resulting in her head injury. Paramedics Israel Otemzagin and Meshulam Yuzovich stated, "Family members told us she fell from a table she climbed on and hit her head. We provided her with medical treatment, and she was evacuated by a mobile intensive care unit to Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer with her condition defined as moderate."

This incident adds to a series of falls and injuries among young children reported in recent months. Last week, two sisters were injured in a road accident on the same street in Bnei Brak, sustaining head and limb injuries after being struck by a private vehicle.

Rescue organizations are advising parents to adhere to home safety guidelines, including preventing children from climbing on furniture, keeping chairs and stools away from areas where children might use them to climb, and maintaining constant supervision of young children.
