Boutique Building Project Launched in Tel Aviv's Desirable Bavli Neighborhood
Tractors have arrived at Zohar Street 29 in Tel Aviv's sought-after Bavli neighborhood to commence a new urban renewal project. The demolition event marked the official start of the construction for a seven-story boutique building that will house 29 apartments. Located just a short walk from Yarkon Park, the project joins dozens of similar developments already completed in the upscale area.
Bavli is known for its proximity to the Yarkon River and the Tel Aviv Port, offering attractive prices alongside its desirable location. The neighborhood also boasts convenient access to the city center, employment hubs, and entertainment venues, while maintaining a quiet, green, and family-friendly atmosphere. Residents present at the demolition event highlighted the area's advantages, including the park, playgrounds, walking distance to the beach, and strong community feel.
Representatives from the development company stated that the project's unit mix will include two, three, and four-room apartments, as well as mini-penthouses and a penthouse featuring a private rooftop pool. Residents who participated in the selection process reportedly chose the company due to its seriousness and reliability. The legal representative for the project emphasized the importance of selecting a capable developer for urban renewal projects, which typically span six to eight years, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
