Police Recover Stolen Vehicles in West Bank Village
Border Police officers operating in the Judea and Samaria region (IDF) raided the village of Aqab on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, following specific intelligence. During the operation, they located two Toyota vehicles that had been stolen from the central region of Israel within the past month.
The intelligence indicated the presence of suspicious vehicles in the village. Border Police forces, from the Rama battalion, identified the two Toyotas during their search. A quick check confirmed that both cars were reported stolen recently from the central area.
The officers successfully extracted the two vehicles from the village and transferred them to the Binyamin police station for further processing. They also contacted the owners of the vehicles before the holiday began to inform them of the recovery and upcoming return of their property.
