Hapoel Petah Tikva Signs Striker Eric Bailly on Loan
Hapoel Petah Tikva has officially announced the signing of Ivorian striker Eric Bailly. The 21-year-old forward joins the Israeli club on loan from Bulgarian side Ludogorets until the end of the 2026-2027 season.
Bailly began his youth career at Zilina's academy in Ghana before moving to the Slovakian club Zilina. In January 2025, he was acquired by Ludogorets. During the previous season with Ludogorets, he scored three goals and participated in the Conference League qualifiers at the start of the current season. In his senior career to date, Bailly has scored 26 goals and provided 8 assists.
"I am excited to start a new chapter in my career," Bailly stated after signing. "I have heard a lot about the club and the fans. I am looking forward to getting on the field, scoring many goals, and making the fans happy."
