Fox Group CEO Harel Wizman Sells Shares Worth Over $280,000
Harel Wizman, the controlling shareholder and CEO of the retail group Fox, has sold a portion of his holdings in the company, realizing a total of 1.04 million shekels (approximately $280,000) from the transaction. According to a filing by Fox, the sale occurred in several stages, with Wizman selling 3,077 shares at an average price of 338 shekels per share. The Fox group is currently valued at 4.7 billion shekels.
Following the sale, Wizman retains ownership of 899,924 shares, representing 6.47% of the company's capital and valued at 304 million shekels. He continues to hold a significant stake alongside other major shareholders, including Avraham Fox with 22.19%, Migdal Insurance with 7.45%, and brothers Assaf and Yiftach Wizman, each holding 6.5%.
In a separate, minor transaction, Eyal Greenberg, CEO of the Golf group, purchased 54 shares of his company for a total of 479 shekels, at a price of 8.87 shekels per share. Golf is valued at 393 million shekels.
After this acquisition, Greenberg holds 515,629 shares, maintaining his ownership stake of 1.16% in the fashion group, worth approximately 4.5 million shekels. His stake percentage remains largely unchanged.
