Several incidents of violence and accidents were reported across Israel. In Tayibe, a 27-year-old man sustained moderate injuries from a stabbing, while in Tel Aviv, a 40-year-old man was moderately injured in a violent incident. Five minors were arrested on suspicion of involvement in a stabbing incident in Holon. Separately, a 22-year-old motorcyclist was moderately injured in a collision with a vehicle in Haifa, and a pedestrian around 60 years old was also moderately injured in another traffic accident in the same city. Near Ashdod, one person was seriously injured and three others lightly injured in a road accident. In another traffic incident near Rekhasim, a 30-year-old man was killed and a 40-year-old woman was seriously injured. In Rahat, a 50-year-old man was moderately injured and a 19-year-old was lightly injured in a car accident. Six people were injured in a road accident near Rishon LeZion, including a 23-year-old man in serious condition.
In politics, the Likud party announced its intention to file disqualification requests against the Joint List and Ra'am parties. Minister Miki Zohar stated he would act immediately to revoke the citizenship of creators of the film "Nezar," calling it treason. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, in an interview with i24NEWS, asserted that no minister had increased police salaries more than he had during his tenure.
