Hapoel Be'er Sheva Defeats Hapoel Petah Tikva 2-0
Hapoel Be'er Sheva secured a 2-0 victory over Hapoel Petah Tikva on Sunday evening, opening the fourth round of the Israeli Premier League. The win, achieved just before the team's European campaign begins, helped Hapoel Be'er Sheva put a previous loss to Maccabi Tel Aviv behind them. Hamudi Kanaan, coming off the bench, provided an assist for Mohammad Abu Rumi in the 53rd minute and scored himself in the 57th minute, earning his team three points. This was the first clean sheet of the season for Hapoel Be'er Sheva, and coach Ran Kochav allowed several key players to rest. This was not considered Hapoel Be'er Sheva's most impressive performance of the 2026/27 season, but they successfully completed all their objectives in the match. Forsoon made his debut in the starting lineup alongside Victor, Hazut, and Stoyanov.
