D.S. Magurei Israel says it has launched a new digital personal area for homebuyers that gives them full, real-time access to transaction data and project progress. The company says the system was developed over several months to make transparency a practical service, not just a slogan, and to put buyers at the center of the process.
Through the new portal, purchasers can check all the key details of their deal at any time without waiting for phone updates or in-person meetings. The platform brings together photo reports from construction sites, financial invoices and documentation, and a structured timeline showing every stage of the transaction and the project's progress.
The company says the tool is especially important in the Israeli real estate market, including the complex field of purchase groups and development for the ultra-Orthodox sector, where trust and transparency have long been challenges. It says the new system removes uncertainty throughout the purchase period and lets buyers know when money is being used and when delivery is expected.
D.S. Magurei Israel says the launch continues its work in ultra-Orthodox and other communities, including the Benedict complex in Bnei Brak, a project under construction in Givat Ze'ev, purchase groups in Ofakim, and additional projects in Jerusalem neighborhoods such as Katamon and Har Nof. The owners, Rabbi Dan Shem Tov and Rabbi David Shdami, said they invested in the platform after listening to the field, adding, "Transparency is the most important component in building long-term trust," and noting that buying an apartment is often a person's biggest financial step. They said buyers should be able to know at every moment that they are being updated and accompanied by professional tools in the new personal area.
