Singer Shira Zarfati, initially known for viral songs like "Barbie" and "Hedgehog," gained significant traction after a memorable audition on "The Next Star." She reached the show's third place, sold out shows at the Barby club, performed at the Independence Day torch-lighting ceremony, and is set to appear in the upcoming PestaGim festival.
Actor Ido Tako, already recognized for roles in "Black Space" and "The Golem," solidified his status with leading parts in the acclaimed films "Independence" and "Where To." His performances earned him an Ophir Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor, which he won for his role in "Where To." "Independence" also won Best Film and represented Israel at the Oscars.
Actress Carmel Nitzar, previously known for stand-up and a viral hit song, achieved widespread recognition through her role in the hit Kan 11 series "Ha'Pshuta." The show, which garnered over 6.5 million views, propelled Nitzar into the Israeli mainstream, marking her biggest role to date.
Musician Ofek Adank, who began making music at age 12, saw his career skyrocket with the hit "Eich She'Hi Rocedet" featuring Eden Hason and Agam Buhbut. Despite personal turmoil, including a widely publicized dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Adank's music continued to climb the charts, making him a household name.
Singer Mor Me'or, who had an early hit with "Tikra Li Mami" at 18, experienced a resurgence after a period of struggling to fill venues. After taking an independent management path, her shows began selling out rapidly, leading to performances on larger stages like Expo Tel Aviv.
Comedian Yuval Katz gained mainstream attention through his provocative podcast "Provokatz." By interviewing prominent figures like former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and hostage survivor Liri Albag, Katz transformed from a niche online content creator into a widely discussed personality.
Actor Amir Banai, son of Orna Banai, achieved significant recognition by winning "Dancing with the Stars" with his partner Romi Nof. This success follows earlier roles in series like "United Heights" and "The Compound 25," and he is also slated to appear in the PestaGim festival.
