Five Injured in Violent Incidents Across Israel Overnight
Five people were injured in separate violent incidents across Israel between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Two of the injured are in serious condition, and three are in moderate condition.
In Jaljulia, a 16-year-old boy sustained serious penetrating wounds during a violent incident and was evacuated by Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics to Meir Hospital. MDA paramedic Anastasia Stalmakhov and senior volunteer medic Salah Khatib described the scene, stating, "When we arrived, they led us to the boy who was injured during a violent incident. He suffered penetrating wounds. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and quickly evacuated him to the hospital while his condition was defined as serious and stable."
Near the community of Odem, a man around 20 years old suffered a penetrating wound in a violent incident on road 9895. He was treated by MDA teams and evacuated by helicopter to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition.
Later, in Majdal Shams, two men were apparently injured in a brawl and brought to a local clinic. MDA paramedics treated a 36-year-old man with a head injury, who was evacuated to Ziv Hospital in moderate condition, and another man who sustained light injuries.
In Haifa, a 23-year-old man sustained a penetrating wound during a violent incident on Hahlutzei Ha'taasiya Street and was taken by MDA to Rambam Hospital, also in moderate condition.
