Hapoel Tirah Scores Four in Victory; Two Teams Suffer Losses
Hapoel Tirah secured its second consecutive win in the first division league, defeating Baladi Aara by a score of 4-0. Coach Hisham Al-Zoubi and his assistant Mohammed Abbas have been fostering promising young players, who contributed to the recent victories. Riyad Nasser scored the winning goal in the first week and added another against Baladi Aara. Rami Sultan, Mohammed Habib Allah, and veteran Ahmed Rabie also scored for Tirah.
In another match, Maccabi Umm Al-Fahm avoided a home loss, drawing 1-1 with Maccabi Nahf Shaanan. Hani Safouri scored the equalizer for Umm Al-Fahm in the 84th minute, after Yasser Abu Nasser had given Nahf Shaanan the lead. This marks the second draw for Umm Al-Fahm.
Ittihad Bnei Jatt suffered a 2-0 defeat away to Nahariya, remaining without points in their first division campaign. Hapoel Bnei Msas also returned without points from Karmiel, losing 3-0 to the home team. Hussein Yassin, Ben Agubil, and Amit Mizrahi scored for Karmiel. Mizrahi was later shown a red card.
