Odeya Azoulay Named Israeli Singer of the Year 2026

Odeya Azoulay has been crowned Singer of the Year for 2026 by the Israeli news and culture website ICE, capping a significant year for the artist. Azoulay's success was driven by her album "Hashem Yichmor," which produced major hits like "Eser Ramot Me'alav" and dominated official music charts. She also achieved a major milestone by selling out a large concert at Ramat Gan Stadium and performing numerous other successful shows across Israel.

Beyond her musical achievements, Azoulay expanded into the fashion and business world, becoming the face of Adika's comeback campaign and planning her own clothing line. She also navigated a significant defamation lawsuit, securing an official apology and clarifying public perception. Personally, she resumed a relationship with Roi Adam, brother of singer Omer Adam, though the couple later separated.

Coming in second place was Noa Kirel, who had a busy year personally and professionally. She married goalkeeper Daniel Peretz in November 2025 and released successful singles like "Bridezilla" and "Iconic Woman." Kirel also starred in her own docu-reality series "I Am Noa" and is set to appear in the upcoming "Festigal" show.

Eden Ben Zaken secured third place, releasing the successful EP "Rolex & Kaskat" and the album "Loof She'lo Nigmar." Fourth place went to Sarit Hadad, who celebrated 30 years in music with highly anticipated concerts at Park Hayarkon. She continued to release new music, including the singles "Ella" and "Ha'Mizrach Ha'Rachok." Hadad also manages her own production company and maintains a private personal life while raising her daughters.

Agam Buhbut rounded out the top five, solidifying her position in the Israeli music scene. She released her second album "21" and a subsequent album "22," alongside collaborations like "Sipur Chayai." Buhbut also gained attention for her stable five-year relationship with model and actor Bar Brimer.
