A man in his 30s was seriously injured today, Thursday, after falling from a height while working near Sapir Junction in southern Israel. The incident happened at 12:55, according to Magen David Adom.
Paramedics gave the man initial treatment at the scene and then evacuated him by helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba. He was brought to a rendezvous point with rescue teams at Sapir Junction before the airlift.
MDA said he suffered a severe head injury. He was described as sedated and ventilated, and his condition was listed as stable.
