Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Crash Near Arad
A 25-year-old motorcyclist sustained a severe head injury and was evacuated in critical condition following a road accident on Highway 31 near Arad on Tuesday morning. The collision occurred near the Nevé Zohar junction when the motorcycle was struck by a vehicle. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom) responded to the scene after receiving a report at 7:36 AM. Paramedics provided initial treatment to the unconscious rider, who was suffering from a severe head trauma. An MDA helicopter then transported him to Soroka Hospital for further medical care. MDA paramedics Wissam Azbarga and Narim Zeid described the incident as a serious road accident, noting the rider was found unconscious at the scene.
