Eden Golan Signs International Distribution Deal with Hitmaker
Israeli singer Eden Golan has signed an international distribution agreement with Hitmaker, a company that has previously worked with major artists in American hip-hop. The deal comes as Golan released her new album, "Imperfections," on Thursday. Hitmaker is known for its success in the U.S. market, having been involved in numerous hits that charted on the Billboard Top 100.
Charlie Greenberg, who was recognized in Billboard's 2023 Hip Hop Power Players list, was instrumental in securing the deal for Golan. Greenberg founded the marketing agency 740 Project, which has managed campaigns for prominent artists such as Travis Scott, Megan Thee Stallion, and Lil Baby. Previously, 740 Project entered into a partnership with Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings.
The release of "Imperfections" coincides with an interview Golan gave to Rolling Stone magazine. In the interview, she reflected on the hostility she faced during the Eurovision 2024 competition and explained her decision to record her new album entirely in English. "It's the only language in which I feel completely free," Golan stated.
