Israel’s Ministry of Economy has warned the public not to use a premium 4 in 1 Stroller Plus, model G308, because it may be dangerous for infants. The product, made by Chinese manufacturer ZhongShan E-V Baby Daily Products Co. Ltd., was also sold under the ANGELS brand, mainly in 2024 and 2025.
According to a safety review conducted for the ministry by the Standards Institution of Israel, the stroller does not meet the official Israeli standard that applies to it. The ministry said it is not intended to be used as a car safety seat, or restraint system.
Inspectors also found that the stroller lacks a double locking mechanism, so it could fold unintentionally and injure, trap, or cause a baby to fall. It also failed stability testing, creating a risk that it could tip over and harm the child.
In addition, the ministry said the product does not have parking or braking devices for use while transporting a child in the forward-facing direction. The ministry said the item may not be sold in stores, and anyone who owns the stroller shown in the notice should stop using it.
