Yeshiva Students Evicted from West Bank Site Continue Studies Outdoors

Students from the Homesh yeshiva were evacuated overnight from their study location in Area A, a Palestinian-controlled zone in the West Bank. Israeli forces confiscated a tent, tables, and chairs used by the students. Despite the eviction and seizure of equipment, the yeshiva stated that the students remained in the area and continued their religious studies outdoors.

"We underwent an evacuation last night, they confiscated the tent, tables, and chairs," representatives from the yeshiva said after the operation. "But our righteous ones cannot be stopped, and the sound of Torah continues to be heard among the trees."

The yeshiva described their continued presence and studies at the site as part of "the important mission of rectifying the sin of Oslo," referring to the Israeli-Palestinian peace accords. They reported that the students are continuing their activities and studies "somewhere in the distant mountains known as Area A."

Since the resettlement of Homesh, the yeshiva has relocated to a site several dozen minutes away, situated within Area A.
