Man Critically Injured in Shooting in Tayibe, Rushed to Hospital
Emergency medical teams responded to a shooting incident in Tayibe on Tuesday evening, arriving at approximately 7:26 PM after receiving a report of a man injured by gunfire. Upon reaching the scene, paramedics found the man inside a vehicle, unconscious, without breathing or a pulse. Immediate resuscitation efforts were initiated to restore vital signs.
The medical teams performed field treatment and began urgent resuscitation procedures due to the severity of his condition. These efforts continued as the man was prepared for transport to the hospital via an intensive care ambulance, with resuscitation ongoing during the journey to maximize his chances of survival.
Paramedics Mamoun Qassem and Odei Fayoumi from Magen David Adom described finding the man unresponsive, without pulse or breathing, and immediately commencing resuscitation before transporting him to the hospital in critical condition. They stated, "When we arrived at the scene, the man was unconscious inside a car, without breathing and without a pulse, and we immediately began resuscitation efforts. We transported him by intensive care ambulance to the hospital while he was undergoing resuscitation and his condition is critical."
The approximately 50-year-old man was taken to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba for treatment, still undergoing resuscitation due to his critical state.
