Israeli Strike Kills Four From Same Family in Gaza
Four Palestinians from the same family were killed on Thursday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a home in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip. The strike is the latest alleged violation of a ceasefire agreement that has been in effect since October 10, 2025. The incident followed a day of Israeli attacks across Gaza that resulted in one death and 14 injuries.
On Wednesday, Israeli forces reportedly struck residential buildings, civilian gatherings, and a motorcycle in central and northern Gaza. They also allegedly fired on displaced people in Khan Younis, killing one Palestinian and injuring 14 others, including two children. Attacks were concentrated in the Nuseirat and Beach refugee camps, Sheikh Ajlin, Sheikh Radwan, and areas of Khan Younis.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, Israeli violations of the ceasefire have resulted in the deaths of 1,358 Palestinians and injuries to 4,541 others as of Wednesday, despite the ongoing agreement. Since October 8, 2023, the Israeli military campaign in Gaza, supported by the United States, has led to over 73,000 Palestinian deaths and more than 174,000 injuries, with approximately 90% of the Strip's infrastructure destroyed.
