New United Torah Judaism Leader Seeks Blessings from Top Rabbis
The newly elected chairman of the United Torah Judaism party, MK Yaakov Asher, met with prominent Torah leaders for blessings and guidance following the closure of Knesset candidate lists and ahead of the upcoming elections and Rosh Hashanah.
Asher visited the residence of Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch, a leading figure in the Torah world, who warmly blessed Asher and wished the United Torah Judaism list great success in the upcoming elections. The meeting concluded with a "good inscription and sealing" blessing for the new year.
Following this, the UTJ chairman also met with Rabbi David Landau, another preeminent Torah leader. Rabbi Landau welcomed Asher warmly, offered blessings for the new year, and wished him success in doing much for the public and individuals.
These meetings occurred as the United Torah Judaism party prepares for the upcoming election campaign, working to strengthen the party list and the Haredi public.
