Reality Star Defends Ex Amid Documentary Airing Her Breakup Story

Reality television personality Sapir Bar Giel, who gained fame on "Big Brother" and met her ex-partner Avraham Aklom on the show, is facing public backlash following the airing of a documentary on Channel 13. The documentary presents her version of their breakup and a complaint she filed against Aklom.

The program has sparked widespread discussion on social media, drawing reactions from former "Big Brother" housemates. Stav Katzin, another participant from the show, revealed in a podcast interview that she maintains regular contact with Aklom. "Avraham and I talk, we spoke yesterday too. We talk on a weekly basis. He tells me everything. I help him," Katzin stated, adding that she offers him advice based on her own experiences with divorce and financial difficulties, and also holds him accountable when necessary. She commented on the public noise, suggesting, "He listens and is silent, he doesn't react. The noise does its thing on its own. She is destroying herself on her own."

Katzin also criticized Bar Giel's decision to release the documentary about their separation. "The moment you go and badmouth the person you married, film a series... what do you expect to happen? What do you expect? To fix your name? Your image? I wish them a divorce and for it to be behind them," Katzin said. She questioned the benefit of Bar Giel's actions, asking, "What do you get out of it? You badmouth him... Talking about kebab he doesn't make for you? Come on, are you serious? What do you get out of it?"

Katzin expressed a desire for the situation to be resolved, stating, "I wish them that they get divorced and that it will be behind them. It's a shame about all this slander that she's going around and now making a series and badmouthing him."
