Governor of the Bank of Israel, Professor Amir Yaron, has returned to Israel following his participation in the annual conference of central bank governors from member countries of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). The conference was held in Basel, Switzerland, and addressed key issues facing central banks globally, including maintaining macroeconomic stability and developments in the global economy.
During the conference, Governor Yaron, who also chairs the Forum of Small Advanced Economies, led a discussion with governors from these nations. The session focused on "Exchange Rates and the Impact of Financial Factors."
