Israel National Football Team Unveils Retro Jersey Inspired by 1995 Kit
The Israel Football Association revealed new retro jerseys for the national team on Wednesday, inspired by the team's 1995 kit. Former national team coach Shlomo Sharf and 1990s star Eyal Berkovic unveiled the limited-edition shirts.
The association stated that the jersey is intended for sale to fans at the association's store and will not be worn by players in international matches. This ensures it remains a unique item for supporters, offering a special way to relive the team's history and feel part of Israeli football's story.
The Israeli national team is set to resume its activities later this month. They will play away against Austria on September 24th in the Nations League, followed by a match against Ireland in Hungary on September 27th. Additional fixtures include games against Kosovo on October 1st and a return match against Ireland away on October 4th.
