Israel is expected to get a break from the heat this weekend, with temperatures easing to seasonable levels starting Thursday and only a slight warm-up on Saturday.
On Thursday, skies are forecast to be partly cloudy to clear, with a slight temperature drop, mainly in the mountains and inland areas. Those temperatures should be typical for the season.
The cooling trend is expected to continue on Friday, when conditions will remain partly cloudy to clear and temperatures will fall a little further in those same areas, making the weather especially comfortable for this time of year.
On Saturday, morning cloudiness may disperse during the day. The sky should then turn clear, with a slight rise in temperatures, especially in the mountains and inland regions.
