Slovenia Opposes EU Sanctions on West Bank Territories
Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister Jernej Vrtovec met with Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council, in Slovenia on September 8, 2026. The meeting occurred on the same day the UK announced sanctions against Judea and Samaria, and two weeks after Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša vetoed a similar EU decision.
