Kosher Georgia Vacation Offers Adventure, Culture, and Spirituality
Keshet Tours has successfully concluded its summer project in Gudauri, Georgia, offering a comprehensive kosher vacation experience that blended adventure, culinary excellence, and religious observance. Nestled in the Caucasus Mountains, the resort provided guests with stunning natural scenery, comfortable accommodations, and a range of activities.
The vacation package was designed as a complete experience, with a dedicated team managing all aspects from gourmet kosher meals prepared by chefs Avi and Yigal, and pastry chef Simon, to guided tours and evening entertainment. Guests enjoyed rich breakfasts, elaborate dinners, and a special dessert station, highlighting the meticulous attention to culinary detail.
Daily excursions explored the Georgian landscape, including mountain drives, scenic viewpoints, and opportunities for adrenaline-pumping activities, ensuring that the journey itself was part of the adventure. The program aimed to immerse visitors in the local environment, creating lasting memories and stories.
A significant element of the vacation was the observance of Shabbat, which transformed the atmosphere with communal prayers, including a moving Kiddush ceremony on Friday night and a musical Havdalah service to mark the end of the Sabbath. These religious gatherings fostered a sense of community among guests, far from home.
Evening entertainment featured performances by artists like Ruli Dickman, adding a vibrant dimension to the guests' experience. Keshet Tours emphasized that this holistic approach, combining luxury, adventure, and Jewish tradition, redefines kosher tourism.
Following the summer's success, Keshet Tours is launching its winter ski season in Gudauri starting January 10. These packages will include direct flights, full board with strictly kosher meals, ski passes, and access to spa facilities, promising a seamless winter holiday experience in the Caucasus.
