Online Capital Declarations Mandatory for Israel Tax Authority by 2027
Starting January 1, 2027, all capital declarations submitted to the Israel Tax Authority must be filed exclusively online. The Tax Authority announced this change, which follows the publication of a decree signed by the Minister of Finance.
Furthermore, as of January 1 of the upcoming year, scanned capital declarations submitted through the inquiry system or as physical paper submissions will no longer be accepted. This shift to mandatory online filing aims to streamline the process and enhance efficiency within the tax system.
