Dudu Tassa Releases New Remix of 'Beit Be'Yafo' Ahead of Festival

YnetCenter
Translated & summarized from Ynet by baba
The story · English

Israeli musician Dudu Tassa has collaborated with electronic music DJs Mita Gami (Amit Agami) and Darco (Dar Cohen) to create a new remix of his song "Beit Be'Yafo" (House in Jaffa). The remix was inspired by the upcoming Tamar Festival, where both Tassa and Mita Gami are scheduled to perform.

The new version of the song is accompanied by a music video that features Tassa in various locations throughout Jaffa. The video was directed and filmed by Ilan Azulay, who previously worked with Tassa on the documentary about the making of his album "Ay."

Tassa is also a nominee in several categories for the annual Ynet and Galgalz Israeli music chart for the year 5786. He is nominated for "Man of the Year," his album "Ay" for "Album of the Year," and two songs, "Beit Be'Yafo" and "HaLev Shela" (Her Heart), are nominated for "Song of the Year." Additionally, his performance "Dudu Tassa BaShchuna" (Dudu Tassa in the Neighborhood) at HaTikva Stadium is nominated for "Performance of the Year."

The annual Ynet and Galgalz Israeli music chart ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 10th, from 2 PM to 6 PM, broadcasting live from Ynet studios and on Galgalz radio. All special performances created for the chart are available on streaming platforms.
